Most of our packages are small and will fit in your mailbox, but for larger orders, you will receive a notice to pick it up at your nearest delivery point.

If you have chosen home delivery, the carrier might have tried to deliver your order whilst you were not there. In that case, the carrier should leave a delivery note stating where you can pick it up (usually your local post office) or how you can re-schedule a delivery. Sometimes there are multiple delivery attempts, unless you have signed an agreement about delivery with a neighbour or in a safe place.
Sometimes we have expirienced that apartment number is required if this is hte problem please contact CustomerCare@timiofsweden.com adn we will help you.

NO, when you order from us, we take care of all extra costs such as customs duties and taxes.
If you receive an invoice for customs duty, do not pay it and refer to our VOEC no: 2078910 and contact CustomerCare@timiofsweden.com immediately and we will help you!
If you paid by accident please send your order number, bank account number and tracking number to CustomerCare@timiofsweden.com and we will contact the forwarder to return the money to your account.

NO, All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable). Delivery costs and any other costs which might apply will be charged in addition and are clearly displayed during the checkout process.
Please note, if you return your full order, you will not be refunded shipping charges as these are fixed cost as part of duties and taxes.
